Warm, friendly welcome awaits you at this 15 th Century farmhouse situated, 4 miles from the historic cathedral city of Exeter, within walking distance of the village of Broadclyst and local public houses.

Jarvis Hayes is a working Beef & Sheep farm on the National Trust - Killerton Estate in a quiet country setting ideally situated for East Devon & South Devon Coastline, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks.

Convenient also for Exeter Airport, Westpoint Exhibition Centre, Exeter Business Park, National Trust Properties -Killerton House & Knightshayes.

Only 2 ½ miles from the A30 & 3 miles from Junction 29 of the M5. For those without transport,
we are on a direct bus route from Exeter with the bus stop at the end of our farm drive.

Some of the rooms are full of historical features, including exposed timber beams & a fireplace.

Guests are also welcome to sit in the garden and enjoy the peace & tranquility of the surroundings. For those who like coarse fishing, we have a private pond.

For those who like walking, there is a public footpath across the fields to the village which continues on to The National Trust property, Killerton House.
