Directions to Jarvis Hayes, Broadclyst, Exeter EX5 3AD -
From the M5 Junction 28
Take Junction 28 off the M5 and go into Cullompton. At the road junction, turn left taking the B3181 to Broadclyst, which is approximately 8 miles. Drive through village passing the Church, Post Office up a small hill and as you drive down the hill out of the village about100 yards on right you will see a road/farm lane, this is Jarvis Hayes . Drive down the lane, passing 2 cottages until you come to the house at the bottom.
From the M5 Junction 29
(If you are coming from Plymouth, Junctions 30 & 29 are very close together. 29 is the next turning after the M5 Exeter Moto Services, this turning can be easily missed as not clearly marked – sign says, Exeter Airport, Honiton)
Follow signs to Rockbeare/Sowton Village. Continue along this road passing Clyst Honiton Village . Then take first left to Broadclyst/Killerton House ( Station Road ). Continue along this road (about 1½ miles) passing The Hungry Fox and Clyst Vale Community College , driving round a sharp left hand bend until you reach a main road, the B3181. Turn right towards Broadclyst (signpost reads Cullompton/Killerton House) almost immediately on the left a bus stop, telegraph pole and in between a farm lane, this is Jarvis Hayes. Drive down the lane, passing 2 cottages until you come to the house at the bottom.
From Honiton or Exeter Airport
Take the Exeter Airport turning and follow signs to Clyst Honiton Village . At road junction (by Exeter Inn) turn right following the signs to Rockbeare/Whimple, take first left to Broadclyst/Killerton House (station Road). From Exeter City Centre
Take the B3181 Pinhoe/Broadclyst road.
You drive through Pinhoe over the motorway bridge & about ½ mile further on you come into Broadclyst, 30mph sign and about 100 metres you will see on the left a bus stop/lay-by, telegraph pole and in between a farm lane, this is Jarvis Hayes farm . Drive down the lane, passing 2 cottages until you come to the house at the bottom.
